Three other APC Presidential aspirants namely Senator Godswill Akpabio, who recently resigned his appointment as the Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Governor of Jigawa State, Abubakar Badaru and Senator Ajayi Boroffice have stepped down for Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
This will be making six aspirants out of 23 presidential aspirants who have stepped down from the race for Mr. Tinubu.
Even though, 23 aspirants who went through the screening process have been given the opportunity to make a speech each at the APC Presidential primary, while some are stepping down for another aspirant, others have withdrawn from the race such as a former President of the Nigerian Senate, Ken Nnamani.
