With time running out and PSG piling the pressure, Kobel was called into action, reacting quickly to direct Mbappe’s close range finish onto the crossbar.
Very late in the game and Vitinha could have gotten one back for his side, only to see his attempt ferociously strike the crossbar once again, summing up PSG’s luck for the night.
In all the PSG barrage, resilience, compactness and discipline was shown by an underdog tagged Dortmund side led by coach, Edin Terzic as they progressed to their first final since in over 11 years.
