After a superb midweek performance in the Champions league, Borrusia Dortmund welcomed newly crowned Champions, Leverkusen for their league encounter on Sunday.

Kobel sprung into action once again, coming across bravely to cut out Tella’s finish at his near post.
Despite the Leverkusen attempts, it was Dortmund who got the lead in the 80th minute. Sabitzer chipped in a cross for German striker, Fulkrug who volleyed powerfully into the back of the net as Leverkusen fell behind for just the 6th time in the league.
Kobel vs Grimaldo was on show again as the leftback hit yet another fantastic freekick which forced a superb save from the German goalkeeper.
A resulting corner followed as Florian Wirtz put the ball in the box for defender, Stanisic who flicked his header into the back of the net, for a Leverkusen equalizer in the 98th minute.
A never die attitude earned Xabi Alonso and Leverkusen their 45th game unbeaten as the quest for an invisible season continues.
