7. Evan Enwerem              –              June 1999 – November 1999
8. Chuba Okadigbo            –              November 1999 – August 2000
9. Anyim Pius Anyim        –              August 2000 – June 2003
10. Adolphus N. Wabara    –              July 2003 – April 2005
