Nigeria has confirmed 49 new cases of Coronavirus also known as Covid-19.
With the new figures, the total number of the confirmed cases stand at 165,661, 156,399 Discharged and 2,066 Deaths since the outbreak of the virus in the country.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, made this known on its Official Twitter page, @NCDCgov on Friday, 14th May, 2021.
The breakdown according to the NCDC is as follows;
Enugu-22
Lagos-18
Rivers-6
Akwa Ibom-2 and
Edo-1.
